I water painted the image and wrote the letter's "HAPPY" on the banner. The Balloon was painted using Pearlescent Paints for a little sparkle. I stamped the Sentiment onto a flag I cut from white cardstock. I adhered both items to pink card stock and then to my background paper. The card is
6" x 6". I added the cupcake and other items for some detail. I hope you have a chance to join our Progressive challenge this week at Cre8tive Hands Fans! I can't wait to see your project!

We
are looking for crafty
people who love to inspire others with their projects. We have a
Bi-weekly Blog Challenge along with a Bi-weekly Facebook Progressive
Challenge.
Your
responsibilities as a DT Member
- Design four projects a month and have them done three days before the live posting date.
- Post on your blog and advertise whenever possible about our Blog Challenges and Facebook Challenge.
- Comment on your assigned number and inform us if there is a problem and you are unable to comment on a post.
- Be part of the Team.
- Take part in Blog Hops when they are scheduled.
